MANILA, Philippines – In a significant advancement for housing accessibility, the Quezon City government is proud to announce the successful signing of agreements with the Philippine National Bank (PNB) for the provision of land essential for QCitizens.

Mayor Joy Belmonte spearheaded the signing ceremonies, reinforcing the local government’s commitment to ensuring that residents have access to affordable housing options.

Under this landmark agreement and through Quezon City’s Direct Sale Housing Program, eligible residents can now purchase and finance their homes at prices designed to be affordable, facilitating their transition from renters to proud homeowners.

In addition to the partnership with PNB, several other agreements were finalized between the Quezon City Local Government Unit (LGU) and various prominent landowners, including Fair Business & Management Corp., Gampac Corp., Ma. Lorna Bautista, Albertina D. Fetalvero, Tofemi Realty Corporation, Tomas P. Mendiola, Arturo Tolentino, and Financiera Manila Inc.

These collaborations are set to provide housing for more than 1,200 additional QCitizens, significantly expanding homeownership opportunities throughout the city.
